Every Driver and Escort has a manifest to account for each
and every one of our guests on our trips. If for some reason a
passenger is not at a designated area at the correct time or must
be "late" we do call to ascertain their arrival time. Every guest
is accounted for when they disembark the coach for any reason.
Thanks to Our Conscientious Drivers and Escorts who follow
this policy, We have Never "left" a guest.

Although our Coach is not WheelChair accessible,
if you can negotiate the six short steps onto the coach to the front seats, we'll be glad to take you. We have ample storage for your chairs and scooters plus special built ramps for loading them.
The Seats are assigned on Our Coach based on:
1. Handicap Needs 2. Friends, relatives,
husbands and wives are seated together

Due to the high number of phone calls we have received concerning required tips for the drivers by Travel Agents,etc. we feel we have to respond to them.
Tipping has never been a requirement on our coaches.
We feel that if the customers think the driver has done a good
job, it is entirely up to them if they want to tip and how much.
As far as minor cleaning of the coach while on a tour that is all
part of their job and they are being paid to do so.Major cleaning, Maintenance, is not the drivers responsibility for this company.
Our Escorts work hard on our tours and therefore any tips given are shared equally with the driver. We do not have seperate tip boxes and never will. We find this crass to say the least.
We are sure everyone is aware of tradgedies on the highways concerning buses of late, most of which can be attributed to driver fatigue. There are companies out there who are still pushing their drivers past safety limits. Insurance rates are skyrocketing and they wonder why. We will not accept any charter that we feel will push our driver past required legal safety limits. There are rules pertaining to this that others choose to ignore.
Please Note: We feel our prices are competitive and they stay the same year round.We see no reason to
raise them according to certain seasons .
Rumor has it that we have a short bus and that it's not as comfortable as a longer one. Fact: Our bus is 5 foot shorter than most. Fact: All this means is they have 15 more seats crammed into 5 extra feet .You do the math on your leg room.
Fact: As of Dec.1st 08 We have reduced seating down to 40 which gives 17 inches of leg room.Which gives you almost twice that of a newer coach.
Fact:Our seats are just as wide as those on new coaches.
Fact:If you are person of large stature there is no way
two can be seated together comfortably on any coach.
We invite you to come by and see for yourself and put the rumors to rest.Plus we have more amenities on board than most new coaches,galley,cupholders etc.
